UKPN’s Low Carbon London (LCL) project investigated the impact of a wide range of low carbon technologies on London’s electricity distribution network. The project began in January 2011 and completed work on 31 December 2014. Under the governance of the Low Carbon Networks Fund (LCNF), following the completion of the project, UKPN are required to produce a Close-Down Report to provide sufficient information for third parties to understand what has been learnt from the Project.
A copy of UKPN’s LCL Close-Down Report is published below. The Close-Down Report accompanies the suite of LCL’s final learning reports published on UKPN’s website
