NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 3 November 2015 an electricity distribution licence was granted under section 6(1)(c) of the Act to UK Power Distribution Limited (company number 06339585) whose registered office is situated at 22-26 King Street, Kings Lynn, Norfolk, PE30 1HJ, United Kingdom, authorising it to distribute electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises.
