OTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 19 January 2018 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to UK Capacity Reserve Limited (company number 09152381) whose registered office is situated at 6th Floor, Radcliffe House, Warwick Road, Solihull, West Midlands, England, B91 2AA, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
