This is our decision to modify the standard conditions 1,12 and 30 of the gas supply licence. The effect of these modifications is to transfer the role in approving Meter Installers for the purpose of standard condition 12, from the Authority to be a function of the Supply Point administration Agreement.

CP16/349 proposes to expand the vires of the SPAA Executive Committee to manage the approved Meter Installer scheme.

The Authority approved this modification on 31 January 2017.
