Special Condition 8A.9 of the Gas Transporter Licence requires National Grid Gas plc (NGG) to have in place at all times a System Management Principles Statement (SMPS). The purpose of the SMPS is to set out the principles and criteria by which NGG will determine the use of System Management Services.

This letter sets out our consent for NGG to revise its SMPS following an annual review of the statement. The changes relate to version control of the document and date changes.
