A review session the Switching Compensation Guaranteed Standards of Performance Phase 2 Workgroup was held on 25 March 2019 via Webex. The session was intended to update group members on the actions raised at the last session and to give a brief update on material received so far on the questions set.
Our aim for this Working Group is to provide consensus on a better, data-led approach to implementing Guaranteed Standards, working with suppliers to ensure that responsibility is applied fairly to those at fault for detriment.
