A Change Proposal and two alternatives, for the practical implementation of new arrangements for the recording and sharing of vulnerable customer data, were developed by the gas industry and presented to the SPAA Change Board for approval.

All three proposals were rejected by the SPAA Change Board and were subsequently submitted to Ofgem for Authority approval or rejection.

This letter sets out the Authority’s decision to approve CP16/370A for the purpose of improving vulnerability data recording and sharing arrangements in the gas industry.
