NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF A RESTRICTION TO AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 29 May 2020 a restriction to an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(4) of the Act to SSE Energy Supply Limited (company number 03757502) whose registered office is situated at No.1 Forbury Place, 43 Forbury Road, Reading, RG1 3JH, United Kingdom authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises situated in Schedule 1 (below).
