SPAA CP17/410: Balance Agreement and Transfer for Smart (BATS)

CP17/410 seeks to introduce a new Schedule called the Balance Agreement and Transfer for Smart (BATS) and will replace Schedule 38 - Smart Prepayment Change of Supplier Exceptions Process. BATS will facilitate a smoother Change of Supply process for pay as you go (PAYG) customers.
