In the Relevant Year 2014/15 year, we did not overturn any decisions made by National Grid Electricity Transmission plc that were referred to Ofgem under the Contracts for Difference (Allocation) Regulations 2014 and the Electricity Capacity Regulations 2014.
We have therefore decided to direct that the value of the term SOEMRDRI for the Relevant Year 2016/17 is £125,000.
