In March 2017, we consulted on our proposed approach to cost recovery in relation to Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 on capacity allocation and congestion management (the CACM Regulation). We received 11 responses (two of which were marked as confidential) to this consultation. All non-confidential responses have been published.
We have taken these responses into account in formulating our revised proposal and also further engaged stakeholders. We are now consulting on an updated minded-to position with respect to our proposed approach to cost sharing and cost recovery under the CACM Regulation.
