On 27th September 2013, Ofgem published modifications to the RIIO-GD1 Price Control Financial Handbook and Price Control Financial Model (PCFM). These notices modified the Handbook and PCFM from the original versions in effect at 1 April 2013 (the start of GD1 Price Control Period). The updated PCFM formally comes into effect on 27 November 2013 and will be used for the Annual Iteration Process that takes place by 30 November 2013. This Annual Iteration Process will calculate the value of the licensee's Base Revenue (the MOD value) . This will apply in the formula for each licensee’s Base Distribution Network Transportation Activity Revenue for Formula Year 2014/15.
