This is the ED1 Price Control Financial Model (PCFM) that we intend to use for the Annual Iteration Process (AIP) that will take place by the 30 November 2019.
Under Part C of Charge Restriction Condition 4A of the Electricity Distribution Licence, the Authority is required to publish the Financial Model it will use for the AIP in November of each regulatory year.
Please note, this PCFM contains a modifications that will not take effect until 2 November 2019 and is being published now for information.
