RIIO-ED1: Losses Discretionary Reward decision for tranche one 2016

In May 2016 we consulted on the Losses Discretionary Reward (LDR) for tranche one.
The LDR aims to encourage and incentivise DNOs to undertake additional actions to better understand and manage electricity losses on their networks. Tranche one had a maximum reward value of £8 million across all applications and was predominantly forward looking.
Six submissions were received to be considered under tranche one, one from each distribution network operator (DNO) group. We sought clarity from the DNOs on aspects of their submissions via a Q&A session.
