In May 2014, we published the ED1 Price Control Financial Handbook (the ‘Handbook’) for fast-track licensees. In February, we modified the Handbook to incorporate DPCR5 closeout provisions in Part 3 and aligned the common content of the Handbook to that of the slow-track licensees in March 2015.
On 23 February 2016, we consulted on making minor typographical corrections in Parts 1 and 2 of the Handbook and amending dates in Part 3 for the introduction of the remaining DPCR5 closeout methodologies.
This Direction issues these modifications to the ED1 Price Control Financial Handbook for WPD’s licensees from the date of publication – 31 March 2016.
