Insight Exchange was commissioned by Ofgem to undertake research with non-domestic customers and third-party intermediaries (TPI) into the proposed Standards of Conduct being developed as part of the Retail Market Review. The research used a qualitative approach with a sample of 54 non-domestic customers of varying business sizes and 10 TPIs. The research was conducted in September 2012 with the final report published alongside the 'Retail Market Review - Final non-domestic proposals' in March 2013.
