Request for the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators to adopt a decision on the Harmonised Allocation Rules Methodology

On 17 August, the Harmonised Allocation Rules (HAR) methodology was referred to the Agency for Cooperation of Energy Regulators in line with Article 4(10) of the Forward Capacity Allocation Regulation (FCA). This letter sets out our decision, in line with the all Regulatory Authority agreement and outlines the necessary next steps that must be taken.
