The Electricity Capacity Regulations 2014 require us to provide the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change with an annual report on the Electricity Market Reform Delivery Body’s performance of its functions in relation to the Capacity Market. This is the first of these annual reports, following the first Capacity Market auction in December 2014. It covers the period from 1 August 2014 to 30 April 2015.
