This proposal will ensure that the BSC reflects the changes to the Code Governance arising from the application of the terms and conditions related to balancing from Articles 4, 5, 6, 10 and 18 of the Electricity Balancing Guideline (EB GL, Regulation 2017/2195).

The Authority approved this modification on 14 November 2019.
