On 29 June 2015, the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) published frequently asked questions which explain the requirements for credit cover for demand-side response units participating in the capacity market transitional auctions.
This statement explains that we would take DECC’s frequently asked questions into account when considering whether to take enforcement action.
