Ofgem has an ongoing investigation under the Competition Act 1998 into a possible infringement of Chapter I by Economy Energy, E (Gas and Electricity) Limited and Dyball Associates. An application to the Procedural Officer was made in March 2018 requesting for certain aspects of the investigation to be reviewed. The Procedural Officer’s decision was made in May 2018.
