On 5 March 2015 the Authority opened a review of Interconnector (UK) Limited's ownership unbundling certification in accordance with section 8K of the Gas Act 1986.
In accordance with Article 3 of the Regulation and section 8N of the Act we are now publishing the Authority’s final decision of our certification review that the certification of Interconnector (UK) Limited should be continued.
