In Autumn 2017, we talked to our Consumer First Panellists about the energy networks, and tried to understand what input consumers could have in the price control process.
In deliberative sessions, we explored what support consumers would need to engage with these issues, where they could input with most value, and who should represent the consumer voice.
This insight helped us develop our plans for stakeholder engagement during the RIIO-2 price control process.
