In June 2018, we talked to our Consumer First Panelists about their understanding attitudes to and behaviours under a potential price cap. We wanted to understand consumer’s opinions on the price cap and the considerations that should be used to determine its level.
The insights from consumers, together with other evidence and analysis, has informed the development of the price cap and its design.
