We have issued Notices under section 11A(2) of the Electricity Act 1989 and under section 23(2) of the Gas Act 1986 to the relevant licence holders.
The notice proposes amending the licence condition to implement our Network Innovation Review policy decision that the network licensees should not be able to recover Bid Preparation Costs after 1 April 2018. The proposed drafting can be found in the relevant Statutory Notices.
