As part of the RIIO-ET1 Price Control we are publishing a Consultation Notice under Special Condition 5A of the Electricity Transmission Licence, to modify the ET1 Price Control Financial Instruments for each of the Electricity Transmission Licence Holders: National Grid Electricity Transmission plc; Scottish Power Transmission Ltd; and Scottish Hydro Electric Transmission plc.
The intended modifications are summarised in the Notice. The intended modifications to the ET1 Price Control Financial Instruments are detailed in Appendices 1-3 of the Notice, which consist of:
- Appendix 1 An Oak report setting out the modifications to the PCFM
- Appendix 2 A copy of the modified PCFM
- Appendix 3 A modified Financial Handbook
We consider that the intended modifications would not be likely to have a significant impact on persons mentioned in paragraph 5A.4 of Special Condition 5A, for reasons stated in the Notice.
