We propose to make changes to the Gas Transmission Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs). These modifications are made for the purpose of clarifying the existing reporting requirements.
This notice proposes changes to Version 4.1 of the RIGs for RIIO-GT1 published on 2 May 2017.
This notice fulfils our obligation under Part C of Standard Special Condition A40 (Regulatory Instructions and Guidance) (“SSC A40”) of the Gas Transporter Licence.
Please let us know, by 11 April 2018, if you have any comments on the proposals.
Subject to any representations, we propose to modify the RIGS in a direction during April 2018.
