We propose to make changes to the Gas Distribution Regulatory Instructions and Guidance (RIGs). These proposed modifications are largely made for the purpose of clarifying the existing reporting requirements.
This notice proposes changes to Version 5 of the RIGs for RIIO-GD1 published on 30 April 2018.
This notice fulfils our obligation under Part C of Standard Special Condition A40 (Regulatory Instructions and Guidance) (“SSC A40”) of the Gas Transporter Licence.
