Decision on proposed licence modifications to special licence condition 3J of the electricity transmission licence

This statutory consultation seeks views from interested parties on our proposed modifications to special condition 3J (Transmission Investment for Renewable Generation - TIRG) of the electricity transmission licence. Our proposed change corrects the calculation of the post-construction allowed incentive revenues for each project covered by the TIRG arrangements.
