For RIIO-ED1, SLC 47 (Environment Reporting) of the Electricity Distribution Licence requires each DNO to publish an Environment Report. We are consulting on the new Environment Report Guidance Document for the electricity distribution networks (DNOs). This Guidance outlines the proposed content of the Environment Report and is intended to guide DNOs in drafting their report each year.
Please let us know, within 28 days, if you have any comments on the proposal. We will consider any comments made before issuing a direction which will bring the Guidance into effect. The Guidance will apply from 1 April 2015.
The closing date for this consultation is the 21 December 2015.
