Northern Powergrid Northeast’s Customer-Led Network Revolution (CLNR) project trialled a range of customer and network flexibility techniques to deliver increased network capacity at least cost to customers. The project began in January 2011 and completed work on 31 December 2014. Under the governance of the Low Carbon Networks Fund, following the completion of the project, Northern Powergrid are required to produce a Close-Down Report to provide sufficient information for third parties to understand what has been learnt from the Project.
A copy of Northern Powergrid Northeast’s CLNR Close-Down Report is published below. The Close-Down Report accompanies the suite of final learning reports published on CLNR’s website.
