We believe amending the current need to provide construction plans to two set periods each year would make the whole process of reporting (for providers) and assessing (for the Delivery Body) easier and more cohesive. We also question whether there is a need to provide an ITE report with each update made or only if there has been a change to the information provided under 12.2.1(a) and would welcome thoughts on this from Ofgem and the Industry.
