This document is an update to the project direction for the ‘Multi-Terminal Test Environment for HVDC systems’ (MTTE) Network Innovation Competition (NIC) project. These changes will allow customers to benefit from net revenues being returned to customers through reduced network charges. The direction also includes some minor updates to align with previous decisions (additional SDR), and the updated governance document published in 2017.
