NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 28 June 2017 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to National Gas and Power Limited (company number 09523569) whose registered office is situated at 113 London Road, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 1LR, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
