NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 17 August 2015 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Nant Bach Wind Farm Limited (company number 06834016) whose registered office is situated at Abbey Warehouse, Abbey Slip, Penzance, Cornwall, TR18 4AR, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1A (attached) for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises in the area specified in Schedule 1B.
