We received applications for electricity distribution licences from Murphy Power Distribution Limited, Fulcrum Electricity Assets Limited and Vattenfall Networks Limited.
This notice sets out our proposal to modify the electricity distribution licences, that we are minded to grant to the applicants so that they contain all of the conditions relevant to Independent (electricity) Distribution Network Operators (IDNOs), but exclude the conditions that are only relevant to larger incumbent Distribution Network Operators (DNOs).
