Modification of SHE Transmission’s electricity transmission licence to specify its network replacement output targets under Special Condition 2M

This is our decision to modify Scottish Hydro Electric Transmission plc’s (SHE Transmission) electricity transmission licence, Special Condition 2M (Specification of Network Replacement Outputs).
As we received no representations, following our Notice of the 27 June 2014, our decision contains no further modifications to Special Condition 2M other than those specified in the Notice.
The effect of this modification is to specify the Network Replacement Outputs that SHE Transmission must deliver during the RIIO-T1 Price Control Period.
The modification will take effect from 25 September 2014.
