We have decided to modify standard special condition A5 of the gas transporter licence as proposed in our section 23 notice.
The modification will take effect from 4 May 2018. The modification will enable us to issue a direction to National Grid Gas plc (NGG) to facilitate implementation of Regulation (EU) 2017/460 (“TAR NC”) in GB.
