This document outlines our approach to determining DCC’s margin level for DCC’s activities during the Transitional Phase of the programme. We are seeking your views on our methodology and to suggest appropriate comparators.
The document also sets out the proposed framework for a time-based incentive which places DCC’s margin at risk and we would appreciate views on the appropriateness of the incentive and the activities it relates to.
For completeness the document also sets out a further incentive for stakeholder satisfaction. This incentive does not place margin at risk but relates to DCC’s reputation with the intention of using the information gathered during the Transitional Phase to place margin at risk in later phases of the programme.
