This letter contains our agreement to amend the Successful Delivery Reward Criteria for Southern Electric Power Distribution’s New Thames Valley Vision project. Changes were requested as a result of difficulties encountered procuring parts and manufacturing power electronic and energy storage devices to be trialled by the project. The changes delay the deadlines for installation and operation of the devices, but do not affect the overall project end date.
