This letter accompanies a formal Notice under Section 34A of the Gas Act requiring gas shippers to produce the information specified in the Notice. This information includes details of all gas supply contracts for the import of gas to Great Britain (GB) with a duration of more than one year to which the licensee was a party on 1 November 2015. Similar requests for such information were made by Ofgem in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. We have sent copies of this letter to all gas shipper licensees and are publishing this generic notice for information.
