Independent Gas Transporter Uniform Network Code iGT097: Provisions for allowing consecutive estimated invoicing in the event of System Failure by the CDSP

Whereas the IGT UNC already provides for the issuance of estimated invoices in the event of a system failure, IGT097 clarifies that this may apply for more than a single month if the failure is on the part of the central systems provider, rather than the IGT.
