Independent Gas Transporter Uniform Network Code (iGT UNC) iGT066: Aligning UNC with licence conditions relating to European legislative change

iGT066 seeks to amend the iGT UNC Modification Rules to align the Rules with the licence changes made to implement the EU Third Package. The Rules would reflect that the Authority may direct the timetable for modification proposals related to European regulatory change and such modification proposals cannot be withdrawn without its consent.
The Authority approved this modification on 4 February 2015.
