NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 26 May 2021 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Idaho Energy Limited (company number 11751953) whose registered office is situated at 2 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
