The checklist provides details of the essential documentation required to enable Ofgem to process a Subject Access Request made by a Solicitor or Claims Company.
By using this checklist, it will enable Third Party providers to ensure they are providing the correct documentation and in turn, receiving the information they require to support their customers.
This checklist can be used for all ECO measures as part of the Subject Access Request process.
