Grid Code GC0086: Grid Code Open Governance

This proposal seeks to modify the Grid Code to introduce Open Governance arrangements, including the ability for parties other than National Grid to be able to raise Modification Proposals. GC0086 also proposes changes to the Grid Code Review Panel Membership and the Election Process, and updates the Grid Code following our Code Governance Review 3.
The Authority approved this modification on 6 February 2017.
