This proposal sought to modify the Grid Code to make legal text changes that introduces enhanced functionality for users of current systems for data exchange between them and National Grid, and new functionality associated with National Grid's new Electricity Balancing System (EBS).
EBS is expected to become operational in the second quarter of 2015. The Authority approved these changes.
