Gas Networks Ireland - Notice of grant of a Gas Interconnector licence

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS INTERCONNECTOR LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 12 June 2020 a gas interconnector licence was granted under section 7ZA of the Act to Gas Networks Ireland (company number 555744) whose registered office is situated at Gas Works Road, Cork, T12 RX96, Ireland authorising it to participate in the operation of the gas interconnector between the GNI (UK) interconnector, at the limit of the UK territorial water in the United Kingdom and Ballough, Co.Dublin in Ireland.
