NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN EXTENSION OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 21 April 2015 an extension to an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(4) of the Act to Eneco Energy Trade BV (company number 30167836) whose registered office is situated at Marten Meesweg 5, 3068 AV Rotterdam, The Netherlands authorising it to supply electricity to any premises situated in Great Britain.
