This Forward Work Programme outlines the projects we think will make the greatest difference to consumers in the coming financial year. We are seeking your views on them, as part of a consultation.
Consultation shapes much of our work. An important part of this is consulting with consumers and their representatives, to whom we are accountable.
In this Forward Work Programme, we would like to draw your attention in particular to the Introduction section where you will find specific questions requiring your response. Your views will be most welcome.
Any responses to this draft Forward Work Programme should be received by us by noon on 17 February 2014. Unless you request us to do otherwise, we will publish your responses on our website when we publish the finalised Forward Work Programme, planned for March 2014.
